Cross-country skiing

We didn’t cross much country with our skiing today, but we had fun and learned that Nordic skiing, at least for us, is more difficult than it looks. Our instructor, Anne, was patient with the three of us. Charlie refused to go down any slight grades, so he mostly stood with skis on while Anne directed Laurel and me. Charlie did a good job for the ground he did cover though, especially considering how scared he was.
My photography is not superlative since I was taking pictures while on skis and trying not to fall for the tenth time.

It's a beautiful view there, including the view from the lodge where we ate lunch.
